@@annaandhongThank you. So you had three entrees and two mains, so this simple meal set you back around $100. Quite pricey unless the ambience/environment is top notch.
Agreed, not the cheapest meal but the dishes are quite unique to them and sometimes that’s what diners pay a premium for☺️ ambiance/environment is pretty average
Here's the thing about "fine dining", and especially the "higher end" of dining; You're primarily paying to taste art and you're paying for service. When I say "art", I'm not trying to sound like some out-of-touch snob. It's art in that the taste, aroma, texture, visual, and technique are all something the chef put attention and research into. Obviously you would scoff at this since it's ultimately food, but you definitely need to have a different mindset when you walk into some higher end restaurant. I guess a simpler way to break this down is comparing cigarettes to cigars. You get your nicotine hit with cigs, but you enjoy a cigar, you don't really pay top dollar for a cigar to satiate your nicotine craving.
@@jac1207 Yup i understood. But anyways, i'm just gonna go back to eating my hotdogs and enjoy the beauty of the ketchup and the delicious sausage and felt satisfied, and cheap too.
