Julie did a bowl the other night and put her clear in first and glitter around the edge. It actually worked better than the other way around. Looks good. Love the little bumble bee.
Julie did a resin pour the other day where she put the glitter in after she put the resin down. This way it does not do so much fly away when you pour the resin in. It moves like normal when the resin moves. That little thing you called a crust is what she calls a meme. Some alcohol inks cause it, particularly when it is too cold or the humidity is high. She talked about it in the last video she did. It turned out so pretty Sherry. The colors are great and that little bee is so cute. Great job! 💕🤗💕
This is beautiful! You always do such amazing projects! Julie just did her glitter that way. She said it’s the best way to get your glitter to stay on the edges instead of being brought back to the middle.
to get the best of both worlds why not do the bloom like you did today then when that is set up add a thin coat of clear resin and add the holographic piece. That way you have both sides finished the way you first envisioned them.

Sherry I purchased Krystal epoxy cause I love and watch your video I am also from New-Brunswick, Canada and I gave it a shot at a new resin but mine did not cure 😭 all the projects I had done had to put in the trash so could I get a way you mix its 1: 1: ratio right ? What's wrong with coasters? They're the best! And most fun to watch is the blooms. Seeing their results keep them coming in my opinion,! 😂 😂 😂 Yes you've been doing blooms a VERY long time you're right. But successful blooms with little to NO blobs? You learned that from Julie!! I watch several that used to get nothing but blobs too. You all learned from Julie. I just wish one of you would give credit where credit is due instead of acting like you came up with the fix!! I'm certainly not singling you out. You at least give her a mention now and then. But the others act like it was entirely their idea and their fix... And in my mind that's just not right! If it was me and I was doing it and I finally caught on how to do it from her I would be singing her praises!!! It came out so VERY pretty! Except it looks burnt orange not red to me same as your dress. But I realize the camera can change the color of things. But it looks more like the orange/ red than a deep dark luscious red. An example of that is Santa Claus's toy bag! 😂 😂 😂 I was sad to see you did not put the holographic design in. You must not have seen Julie's videos on that. It does 🚫 affect the design of the blooms. There is a TROPICAL FLOWER that actually HAS white little flowers throughout the orange and red large. And that's what your little blobs look like 😂 So it's definitely a total win!!! Sorry I can't think of the name of them they're gorgeous! I did know you were going to get them. I kept saying oh you need to go back in there and connect couple places where you dropped the white but didn't even realize it. While you were making the petals. No biggie it is so cute.And the bumblebee is perfect
I’m somewhat new to resin but is it more toxic when your mixing than when just pouring into molds? I usually wear my respirator the entire time even when pouring into molds and stuff?
