My thoughts and first impressions on the Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat Le Teint foundation! It's a $98NZD Foundation so I let you know whether I think it's worth the money and how it wore on me!! And I also wanted to try out the Y Brush on camera too! Hope you enjoy this little demo and review :)

It's a great foundation. If you happen to have flakey skin, skip this particular brush because it will lift up flakes. I recommend using a dampened sponge and pat onto the skin. For smooth, hydrated complexions, the brush gives a gorgeous, full coverage finish. If you're very oily, try the YSL Fusion Ink foundation. It wears like ink and has a semi-matte finish :)

Debra Thomas Eatmon I know you posted this comment a while back lol but I have combo skin sometimes it gets pretty oily and I've worn this foundation with no primer for over 12 hours before and it held up so well! if any oily peeps see this , don't be scared to give it a try 😊

I ALWAYS SWEAT ON MY UPPER LIP!!! what the hell?!?! i hate that, my foundation always rubs off there like, immediately. and then I'm left with this white mustache because my skin is lighter than my foundation. ugh! finally someone else with this struggle. and i live in Florida where it is super hot 90% of the year >____

Just got this foundation and I love it so much!! Makes my skin look super flawless and radiant! Honestly my skin but better :) Doesn't feel icky on my face at all. 10/10 recommend!

You using a to dark shade foundation! My advice is to buy one in your own skintone and if you want to have a sunkissed look, use a good bronzer and a highlighter. Good luck beautiful girl! Xxx

Even though we know it's a bit dark I feel like it might be a bit too olive toned too. Do you know if the lighter shades are more pink? I'm saving up for a few big purchases and am considering YSL

Expiration date tells you when the makeup shouldn't be used anymore, used or not used it expires at that date...that 12m cap symbol tells you how long the product is good once used/opened... (Sorry for bad english I come from europe😅)

That open pot on the packaging with 6M, 12M, 24M, etc. means you should use the product within that time once you open it, not buy it :)

No. It's the expiry date. Especially since there's 12 m on a eye primer that certainly isn't that big

Do you have to take a second language in school in NZ? In Canada I took french from grade 4 until grade 11.

I'm from Australia but I'm assuming New Zealand follows pretty much the same thing. French is kind of a pointless language for us to learn as there are barely any French speakers in Australia, I know I learnt Japanese and Chinese which are far more useful here!

+MakeupbyChelsey We are taught very basic Maori when we are in primary but besides that there is no compulsory language to take during school :) you can choose to study a second language in high school if you want but you don't have to, quite a few people don't

Try oratane pills I had skin just like yours probably a little worse for most of my teens & literally tried everything from good skin care products to detox & after numerous prescriptions of antibiotics nothing worked to clear my skin usually made it worse until I went to a dermatologist and he recommended it after a month honestly my skin was so clear, it can dry your lips out but if you cut down to one to 3 every week it hardly does & worth it sorry just really wanted to tell you bc I know what it's like to have to constantly worry about a breakout and this stuff worked so well for me 💖💖💖
