I stumbled across this one on the Dior website awhile ago, and only one RU-vidr (Jackeline) had reviewed it. I knew going in that the orange was going to be weak, but I ended up ordering it recently anyway because I love the color story. Once I used the Pat McGrath Intensifeyes wand and applied the orange with my finger, it worked like a dream (haha). I have your coloring and am over 50 with hazel eyes. I wore this for the first time yesterday and was blown away on how flattering and actually pigmented it was (except for the orange shimmer, which felt more like a topper). It was just as gorgeous at the end of the day as it was at the start. I’m very happy with this quint and it looks absolutely stunning on you! Appreciate the review, as always. ❤
I love your little rants 😂😂. They are just so real and honest lol. The look is very pretty. I’m thinking about tying the Dior highlighter. Thanks for the review
That eyeshadow is stunning!! I as well only saw one review in it and was wondering why everyone was reviewing the others and not this one. And I kept looking for it (in Canada) and just found it two days ago. So it’s in the mail!! I wanted a new spring palette and I think I like this one better than the pink/orange palette that Chanel has launched. Thank you for the review. It looks amazing in your!!!
I’m glad I stumbled across your comment. I ordered the Chanel coral treasure palette and I was beyond disappointed. Hard to work with and no pigmentation. I’m eying the Dior eyeshadow and I’d like your feedback. The orange shade is what got me. I love Dior shadow but recently they are hit or miss.
I was eyeing with that quint and I am so happy you reviewed it. With certainty I can say I will be able to recreate such a look with the Rememberance and some of my Chanel palettes from last year.
I can’t wait to see your comparison of Prada and Loubotin foundations! I absolutely love the Prada one and am curious about Loubotin ❤️😍 Great video, as always 🥰
I'm looking forward to your video about beauty trends for 2024. I also loved hearing your honesty regarding the brands. I do feel manipulated by Chanel, especially the urgency they create around the "limited editions" It's like a frenzy trying to make your purchases before they sell out. Why don't they create enough inventory to support all the hype and exposure their products get. My rant is over. 😅
IREALLY love that you did a review on this foundation. I’m sold. Love it. I’m not sure if I want cool or neutral I actually really love this Dior quint. So pretty
Beautiful video, dear Jennifer, thanks so much, very clear as always!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩Dior, maybe the Atelier quint, but how soon it expires, don't know yet. Don't need these CT dupes on my face from them. The Makeup Forever foundation, when it's really less dry, that's a maybe, when it comes to The Netherlands!!!! Not so much attracted anymore to Dior anymore, love what i still have from them in the previous formula, like you do, Jennifer. Especially the eyeshadow quints, i would have loved if they have let them alone, let the formula the same. New EU rules, i understood. 🙃Thanks again, have a wonderful day!!!😘😘😘😘
14:29 it sounds like they sprayed the pan to keep them from getting that Byredo crumble/fragility while chasing that modern formula impact I guess we know why they didn’t advertise a new rollout…
Probably the cost of the ingredients Dior took out got more expensive, & they’d rather short us. That said, I did buy three! Luminizers! 🙃. I got the rosy, peach, & bronze, I’m a light medium.
So that quint is actually available for some people? It wasn't in the UK but it was listed on our site as not available for weeks so we could look at it 🙄just never was in stock
Thanks, as always, for the review. I have to say -- I don't like this red eyeshadow on anyone. I've watched several review videos and I don't find it flattering on anyone. I don't know what they were thinking.
Any time i hear no foundation look , my eyes are wide open😜 i jus can not stand too makeupy look🤪 no the rest is a pass for me. Too pigmented , i do not like. I got Chanel ones and thats enough for me. Have a blessed day🙏❤️
I'm so tired of these peach eyeshadow stories. 😅 Like beyond tired. I'm kinda going "off" makeup in the sense that I don't just hate them, I literally don't want to wear makeup anymore if modern luxury "makeup" is the rich teenager in Japan look. Let's just contrast these pop teen princess palettes with Chanel's pigments from last fall, Prada's and Hermes' eye quads so we know what grown-up woman makeup is. I'm ready to leave Dior with the children at this point, because they really are not offering a grown woman anything lately. The other brands gave at least some offerings, split up their market more inclusively.
