Trying OHUHU Markers For the First Time!

Made a lethal company inspired drawing to test out Ohuhu Markers! Twas a lot of fun trying out the markers.

If you haven't already, try to do another layer to try to make it smooth. I might not use ohuhu but i did watch others and some people did had a hard time with the markers.

Good 👍 although the brush tips blend better so it depends on your art style and they were cheaper lol

With alcohol markers it’s super important that you find the right paper for you. The xpress it blending card is pretty good but I personally prefer just simple, thicker copy paper (160gsm) but that’s totally based on your preference. Regular sketchbooks just ruin the whole experience for me because the blending is frustrating😂 keep up the great work, it looks awesome!! I’ve been using Copic and just today ordered a 48 set of ohuhu pastels and can’t wait to get my hands on them tomorrow!!!

That's so exciting that you're getting some new markers! And I realized after coloring in the drawing that my sketchbook is not the greatest for alcohol markers 🥲 So thanks so much for the paper suggestion! I'll have to look into that because I've gotta agree, the bleeding was super frustrating 😂

I really liked your review and the message that you should make drawing fun for you by drawing things you like you will still improve I also own Ohuhu markers and I LOVE THEM 💗💖💕 been a hot minute since I drew something traditional though really need to get back into it I also loved the sketch at the end btw. Ps twins we almost have the same name lol do you also love mangoes 🥭 💕!?

instead of a script, you could write a list of stuff you want to talk about to guide you without having to read through a script

you can never have too many art aupplies

You can never have too many colors. And unlike watercolors where just a few base colors are enough to mix every other color yourself, markers cant be mixed, so the bigger your color range, the better.
