⭐️ UPDATE: I no longer use the extensions in this video (they didn’t last very long) & I now *ONLY* recommend Luxy Hair Seamless Extensions! ✨ I also have a code LX-LEXI that will get you $20 off!! Here’s the link to the site: get.aspr.app/SHhQ5
I agree! I have thin hair hereditarily AND scalp psoriasis. Wary to grow my hair out bc i feel like it emphasizes it and have been wanting to try extensions.
Hey, I just wanted to thank you for showing us how to put it in with thin hair. I don't feel alone. Like, I hate it that my hair isn't long due to genetics. you are awesome. Keeping being the light for others
thank you for this video!!!! I struggle with finding someone relatable, as most people say they have thin hair and it's not that thin at all... also I love your bubbly personality!
Yesss! You are the FIRST person w hair EXACTLY like mine! It’s so frustrating to watch girls w thick hair put in hair extensions... and claim they have thin hair. BTW, your hair is still lovely, even if it is thin. It looks so healthy. You’re a beauty. Just got a big ass thumbs up 👍 & subscriber!! Now I must binge you! Thank you!!
This is the first post I saw of yours and after going through your channel for the last hour I just want to say thank you SO much 💛 for the first time I don’t feel so alone and discouraged about my hair journey. I’ve never seen someone with my hair type EXACTLY and it was so disheartening. This has made me feel a new sense of hope and commitment to working on my hair!
This makes me wanna tear up…🥺 for so long I’ve always had thin hair. It was my biggest insecurity through out high school and after I had my two babies it’s gotten SO much worse. Hair loss, thinning on top of borderline balding. I was scared I’d even have enough hair to be able to clip in extensions, but I think I just might be able to make it work. Thank you for the helpful tips soo glad I’m not alone in this ❤
Ty for this. My hair has disappeared after Thyroid cancer, radioactive iodine treatment, Thyroid ectomy, then covid twice 😫. This tutorial helped me so much!

My hair is totally like yours! Did your hair get ruined from extensions? If so what kind? I think mine got ruined from tape in extensions. I wear a halo extension now. I hate my friggin thin hair!
This is so relatable and very useful! Thank you for being so raw and genuine! I also have thin curly hair and your authenticity gives me excitement to try these extensions! 💁🏽♀️🥰
This has cheered me right up, I have like no hair after micro loop extensions made me lose most of my hair.....its so thin, like yours but wow you ooze confidence xx
Same you can see in my profile that’s when I had the micro loops my hair dresser told me it wouldn’t ruin my hair and it did my hair is so thin and damaged it looks silly in a pony tail but I’ve managed to make it a bit thicker with the shampoo I’m using!
@@Nellyv1lle I had the same experience with eyelash extensions. After a year I had almost no eyelashes left. It's because the extension is connected more than one lash, which they always are, one lash grows out before the other and pulls the other lash out by its root. They won't tell you this, and the information is very hard to find, b/c it's all about the money.
Thanks for showing that this length can handle extensions!! I'm the same length and density after bleach damage and medical stuff. was also thinking investing in a few wigs. do you have any wigs Lex?
Omg. Finally a real true and honest video thank you sooo much. I really appreciate this video my hair is exactly like that I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️❤️❤️ I love it you are life changing my son sent me this video and I was so happy to see this video. The samething happened to me GOD BLESS YOU👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
i lost a heap of my hair to alopecia so my hair is a LOT like yours. i am so thankful i found this video as ive just ordered the ZALA seamless hair extensions as was freaking out incase they showed heaps. this has made me so excited yet so calm. thank you so much for being so real xx
This video is great for beginners like me and actually have thin hair !! I died my hair to much and now I am to a point I want to let it breath. Thank you it’s guiding me to the right path. Love your confidence 💕
Love this video ♥️ after my cancer and pregnancy, I have a lot of problems with my hair 😪 I love seamless clip in extensions. Your video shows me, that I'm not alone with thin hair 😘
Thank omg I have the same hair as you and just ordered extensions came with same amount as yours I thought if I put it I would be disappointed but watching this helped ty
I absolutely adore you for posting this!!! Most people say “thin hair” and 1. Don’t show it or 2. It’s not even close to thin!! You’re so beautiful and so confident (even w/out extensions) you just shine ✨❤️. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have extensions and sometimes wear them, but usually don’t, it’s not a total necessity, it probably should be, I do feel more confident with them and my hair is very thin and fine, but I don’t like a lot of fuss and time getting ready. You said thin hair is higher maintenance and this is SO TRUE. I think I need to find the time to care a little more. I was really wondering about the seamless extensions and after seeing this, I’m definitely going to get some!! Thank you again, you beautiful young lady!!!
Seriously finally somebody who actually has thin hair! Lexi you are gorgeous love you and love your thin hair and love your beautiful face! Subscribed!!
I have thin hair too and I found these kind of clips can pinch and pull if they are too heavy SOOOO I re-sewed the clips in upside down so instead of placing and pulling down to lock them into my hair I place them and push them up to lock them in. This stops them from pulling down.
I have a question: is your hair thin naturally, or is it because of damage from hair color and other extensions? PS. I have micro thin hair too and wear tape in extensions. ☺️
I have very thin hair too and i bought the same ''seamless'' hair extensions but from Luxy hair and they were horrible! The band was very hard to hide and also isn't too flexible meaning I couldn't curve them to my head without them folding up on me,they just wouldn't stay flat also they fall apart after a while.
May I ask why your hair is thin? Is it genetics or from damage or something else? I’m always curious and definitely always scared to wear clip-ins and want to try professional extensions but they just seem so damaging (and expensive!). Wondering if previous extensions damaged your hair. Thanks for sharing your videos with us! We appreciate it!
hiii! a mix of genetics and damage for sure. clip ins are typically pretty safe as long as you get seamless ones! I actually use Luxy Hair extensions only now & I have a discount code! it's LX-EXI for $20 off xx
Love this video, after searching for so long I stumbled on your channel! Thank you so much for this because it’s hard finding someone my age with the same issue
FINALLY. Someone who actually has hair like me. I have seborrheic dermatitis so my hair falls out in chunks every time I wash it. It's so thin and I've been so insecure about it for a really long time. I've always wanted to try clip-in extensions, so I got some today and I started panicking. It's so much hair, I thought there was NO WAY my hair would even hold it, let alone cover it. Thank you so much for this. It made me feel so much better.
Still in good shape, yes! They’re a bit dry at the ends but I honestly have treated them poorly 😂 they’ve been hairsprayed, hot tooled and tangled but they’re still in decent condition! If I did a deep condition on them they’d probably be great
Thank you! You are the first person who's said you have thin hair and you actually do. This is actually usable and realistic advice for me. Appreciate it much!!!
Hi from France ☺️☀️ , I m a new suscriber and I love the way you have such self confidence with those extension !! I m wearing clip in too but one of my cousin has told at my sisters in Law and her friends , that i Wear extension (it was a secret ) and now i m ashamed to Wear long hair (16inch) and i just add some volume in 14 inch because i have noticed how they look at my hair each time they sée me...and beside , I wonder what could react my futur boyfriend if he know me with long hair and then at home with my natural hair...im affraid of being seen as a fake girl or supetficial ..although i find extension so lovely and féminine .. thanks you to tell me your advices in front of them ..❤️🙏❤️
Thank for this video is not for me is for my wife I bought my wife a wig because her hair is too thing but I dint like it on her because it make her look like with a big head and it used to brake my hart because she is beautiful and now she lost 85% of her hair and the I said I have to get something better then a wig people were laughing at her I'm a disable veteran I couldn't nothing but I said it has to be something better than a wig I went in to the place were they sell wigs like a big men and ask the lady in the store if they have hair extensions the lady say yes I ask if she had human hair she yes I said please give me something that match my wife hair she found one we went home but I dint know how to used them but I try it look ok but they were too loose I told my wife I have to practice everyday until I get real good and make you look beautiful today 11/19/23 I put the extensions on my wife they were a little bit better but I said I got to be better I went to you tube and found this great video now with this young lady video I can make my wife so beautiful and I will make a better job on the extensions thank you ma'am again and again God bless you from a DAV God bless America.
Thank you so much for your service ♥️ I am so glad my video could help!! wigs can be super tricky but I would recommend Hairvivi for a very natural looking one!! For the extensions, try using hair fibers to cover the sparse spots. :) your wife is very lucky to have you and your help!!
I finally found someone who's the real deal when they said they had thin hair! Other seamless extensions for thin hair show through my own hair. I’m going to give these a try. Thank you!
Are weft extensions damaging to hair? I ordered some and now procrastinating. My hair has gotten thinner from over processing/ tape ins and just want to grow my hair back to a healthier state. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !
Is your hair naturally that thin or was it damaged? My hair is extremely thin as well but I’m having a hard time finding clip ins like these in my texture
i still can’t figure it out ): it’s so thin there’s no hair to cover my tracks and you can always see them. it looks bumpy and not flat like it’s stressing me out
I'm navigating alopecia rn and this helped so fricken much ❤thank u!!! Every other vid I found was these girls like with 5inch thick hair just adding length and I just couldn't relate
I actually recommend the Luxy Hair seamless extensions now and they only come in one option for grams! (Code is LX-LEXI) but I would always recommend thicker extensions so go with the higher option if you get the ones in the video :)
Ik this is for clip ins but.. do you think tape ins would damage fine/thin hair?? I know that it uses some heat and there’s always gonna be some type of damage involved but I mean intensely damaging. I’m thinking of setting up an appointment cause this one place will do it discounted for my first time but 🥴 I don’t wanna hurt my hair yet their photos were so pretty 😮💨
My hair looks a little bit thinner than what the extensions in your hair looks like and I’m calling my hair fine/thin cause that’s how all my hair stylists have described it so 🥴 idk I think I might just spend the 100 and hope for the best. My hair has become a lot stronger after taking care of it the past fews months so I don’t think one time would hurt too much to try??
definitely try it if you really want to! just have an open convo with your hairdresser and make sure it's not going to tug on your hair too much. You can always take them out if you don't love them. I prefer clip-ins because I like to take them out and give my hair a good wash/oil my scalp etc.
A little tip I saw is if you don’t have enough room to put it every single row of extensions you can layer them on top of each other so that way you are still using them all and have the thickness you want
Yes they are! But i actually recommend Luxy Hair Seamless hair extensions nowadays (the ones I used this video didn’t last very long). My code for Luxy is LX-LEXI ($20 off)!! 💓 I also have more recent hair tutorials that use the Luxy extensions if you wanna see them in action x
According to my personal experience, the products of Markethairextension are of great quality and VERY CHEAP, i used their products for many years and they provide good service for customers. And normally, it only takes 3-5 days for delivery.
I've totally been there! I think the seamless extensions are much kinder to thin hair because they're not as heavy. But it's always good to give your scalp a break!
@@LexiLuxury ohhh :((( i hope it comes back? Are you seeing some improvements Atleast? Girl take 10000mcg biotin a day. I used to have damaged hair due to coloring, and thin hair as well. Then woah!! It's fuller just after 3-4mos. You'll see wonders in the first wk!
My daughters hair is exactly like yours. She has a genetic hair condition called Monilethrix. She wanted extensions for Prom and now she has hope. Thank you!!!
ahh thank you! I might have an updated one soon. I've been using Luxy Seamless extensions for the past few years and they're AMAZING. my code is LX-LEXI if you ever give them a try!
Thank you so much for your video. I have suffered with extremely thinning hair especially after Covid. I just purchased the I restore at home lazer treatments. Check into it. It might help you with hair loss.
It helped me start my process and definitely improved my scalp health! Gave me a bit of density but right now I’m using some new products that are making it grow much faster! Here’s the link to that video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6UWtixmfqCw.html 🤍
If you tease and hairspray they should stay fairly well! I used to wear extensions in Highschool all the time and this is the method I used. :) you can always try them out for a few days before wearing them to school!
