Nice shave with the Barbus JT. Adding a different scent to it is an interesting twist.

Adding a different scent to a soap is a cool idea. I might need to pick that up as well to experiment on some soaps!

I quite like the Barbus scent. Nice, clean and fresh. Wow, that was a superb lather you built there Jeremy. I like the Permasharps, they've made their way into my top five. Nice shave buddy

Barbus does have a nice scent to it, I quit enjoy using it. Adding the scent from HC&C just kicks it up a notch and tricks my brain into thinking its artisanal.

Wow, Barbus just bursts into lather. From the looks of it, the Omega brush looks pretty close to the T3. Good shave!

Barbus is fantastic. It’s hard to tell it’s not from an artisan. The Omega and Simpson are similar.

It's great to be able to add some scent to soaps like Barbus. Not saying I don't enjoy the clean scent of Barbus as is though.

Thank you Lyle. I can easily recommend both products. HC&C, especially the new base, is absolutely outstanding. And Barbus is artisan quality soap that’s mass produced.

Great shave Jeremy, I've added aftershave to some soaps to do a smashup scent. I ordered some Barbus soap last week, so some in the future when the soap comes across the pond I'll spend some time with it. I did the same thing as your head except it was the bridge of my nose when my wife opened the cabinet door above my head and bam... ouch and blood everywhere!

It’s a great way to add scent to a clean smelling soap, or do a mash up of scents. Barbus is wonderful soap, I enjoy using it quite a bit. That sounds a lot more painful than hitting my head on a shelf.

Great video 👍 did you try the Evo? If so, would you say the coliseum has more or less scritch? I found the Evo to be too harsh and was wondering whether those bristles were softer? Cheers

I do have an Evo. The Colosseum brush does feel softer and less dense than the Evo.

I don’t mind the scent of the soap, but it nice to be able to add an additional fragrance it’s hard to argue with the performance though. Thank you, my head is healing quit nicely. I’ve been able to shave my head, which is nice.

Barbus is great! I just got the Simpson T3. I like it. I saw that Omega one and was curious how it would compare. I’ve been to Rome a couple times so I wanted to get it just for that!

I like the T3 and new one from Omega. Their are some differences between the two.
