You don't know how much your vlogs mean. The last couple years when things have been difficult for me, I turn to them as a source of solace and escape.
I know this feeling exactly... many years ago I'd stumbled on a program made by three British car enthusiasts and they got me through a rough patch. I also like these videos... I guess she reminds me that there is still good in the world
I am 51 years old and live in Germany. For the first time in my life I saw a cranberry tree and how cranberries were picked. Thank you for sharing this expierence.
I picked cranberries before in a dry bog, but they were very different than yours. They were really like a ground cover, very low. Usually the farmers will flood the bugs and go in with some sort of machine that bixby plants a little, and then the cranberries float up to the top. That's here in oregon
I love getting to experience a bit of the seasons changing there at the river.......when you and Kona visit in the winter, the frozen water and all the snow, then the spring comes along and things begin to melt and the excitement of spring is around the corner, then summer when it is so green and beautiful! Finally fall, the colors of the trees are just so pretty. Thank you Giselle for another wonderful vlog.

I love the singing at the end of all the videos.❤. It is fall here in the mountains of North Idaho. The leaves are gold and red. I love the fall and I am enjoying it even though there is so much harvest work to do, which is a blessing. We picked elderberries yesterday and we dug our potatoes and carrots last week. All that is left in the garden is cucumbers, tomatoes, melons, squash, and pumpkins. I’m itching to be done with the garden so I can sew and quilt all winter. Have a great week. TeresaSue

Sift your matcha to avoid clumping and add vanilla extract for a vanilla taste. Pour it over ice next time. Also add a splash of cream to it. I personally use Oatmilk and that gives it a nice nutty taste as well. Oh and Lavender syrup is also a great taste to add. 😊 Just an idea☺️

We call it digging potatoes. Nothing like fresh dug potato with salt and butter. I always thought cranberries only grew in bogs. Didn't know that they were on high bushes. I look forward to seeing your vlogs.

Fall is also my favorite season 🍂🍁The cranberry picking looked like a lot of effort, but I am sure they will be delicious! Have you thought of using a blender to mix your protein powder with the matcha? Do you grow more than one variety of potatoes? Thank you for another wonderful vlog 😊
Did you also get a lot of rain this last week Giselle? I live in the country 45 minutes east of Winnipeg and we got 6 inches here over two days. There were many streets and roads that were flooded, and also many crops. Fortunately where I live we did not get any water coming into the house, but many in our surrounding towns were not so lucky. We have never had this much rain in such a short period of time.
I think the reason that your protein powder clumped was because you tried mixing it into hot water. It dissolved in the milk because (I assume) your milk was cold.
We get thunderstorms like that. Right now our temps are summer again. I noticed that my collagen powder clumps when we get rainy weather: it's probably the humidity. That's a lot of potatoes! I imagine it takes that many to feed the colony. I remember gathering blackberries and having to wear snake gaiters because we have poisonous snakes. We'd be climbing through the same kind of dense brush that you all have to do to get the cranberries. I love your chatty vlogs and I think you have a good plan for coping with the busy weeks ahead. Oh my snakes!!!! I don't think I could do that or do they for the most part leave you alone? I'm curious we only have garter snakes so I'm don't know....😊
@@gisellewaldner9406 Well in the dense brush we don't always see the snakes and if we get too close or step on them they'll bite us. I don't mean to give you nightmares. I'd gladly live in your cooler climate with no poisonous snakes.
The missus got me into watching your vlogs ... which I find totally delightful, this one no exception. I do recall from an earlier vid you made, you had to turn in your cell phone for repair ... something like that. It's the one you did your vlogs with. Soooo ... did you ever get it back??? 😁. The video of the cranberries is so pretty, it makes me think of Thanksgiving and Christmas! ❤❤ Today is the first day of Fall but here in the South it was 91 degrees, so honestly you can't tell the difference. I have used lots of whey protein over the years and the one thing I learned- whey clumps in hot liquids! 😢 collegian works well in hot liquids though. I would use a blender if I wanted a hot drink with whey, but I like your idea of shaking first, then pouring in. 👌🏼My mom used to make a delicious drink that tasted similar to a London Fog but with protein. It was, oolong tea (for health reasons, but you might prefer Earl Grey!!), then put brewed tea in blender, add a scoop of vanilla whey protein, healthy sweetener, splash of of vanilla and some heavy whipping cream. And blend. It was delicious!!!! A great way to start a morning. ❤
I can't think of a better way to wear jeans. Personally, I don't currently own any, but I have leggings for under my dresses. My girls have leggings also especially for cold weather. We get some of the frigid temps that you get in Canada during the winter. This last winter, though, was unseasonably warm all winter. Hopefully this year it won't be.

Our trees here in Saskatchewan are the same, we get a few weeks of nice yellow leaves and they are gone. Now I wonder if I could find cranberries here aswell 🤔 Also would you mind telling me what mic 🎤 you use for vlogging?
