$40 sandwich, $75 lamb chops, $20 mac and cheese. This one meal would buy my family groceries for a week. Also, if no one ever orders the lamb chops can you trust the meat. Fresh lamb spoils quicker than other meats and the chef has to be throwing away a lot of lamb chops or giving them away.
I’d say it’s 50/50 with the cheese and noodles in terms of how important they are. Not only do you need the right cheeses to come together to make such a delectable dish, you need to choose a noodle that will mop in as much cheese as possible so that the entire dish is good and cheesy from start to finish.

We New Yorkers are culinary capable of preparing the same quality at home. I was a waiter for years. You want repeat business. These prices are tourist pointed and Covid recoup $.

that's such an old school outdated price range for lamb chops garlic and rosemary... you can get lambchops at walmart these days, it's not uncommon anymore
he didn't get kicked out because there isn't a dress code enforced. he also is allowed to criticize the food considering he paid for it, so idk why you have your dick tied in a knot over him making food reviews, especially since he runs a food review channel

If you’re gonna charge $75 for lamb lollipops in your restaurant, you better be ready to face some criticism and actually earn your good review instead of greasing some jerkoff reviewer from the New York Times.
You should really lose the ball cap when fine dining. I definitely won’t be doing any fine dining at place that allows inappropriately dressed riff raff to wear baseball caps in the dining room
