I want to make that muffin so much this weekend for Easter brunch. I could not believe the amount of red pepper you put in, you must have a high tolerance to spice that I am impressed. I do think red pepper can go into anything though, like seriously anything it drives my husband crazy because he is a no spice guy.

Hey remi, sharing an egg peeling tip my mom taught me. The trick is to peel the eggs from the broader end, it's generally where a little bit of air gap has been formed. Crack that end gently, not on the counter, maybe a spoon, and not more than a centimeter of cracks lines. Then put the eggs into cold water. The cold water will then enter the eggs from this side and get in between the egg and shell, loosening it all up. Don't crack the shells anymore, when you start peeling, start from this end itself. Look for the thin membrane that's between the shell and the egg, you can to peel that and not the shell. Hope it helps! :)
