Trying The Biggest Bagel in Seoul

I saw this GIANT bagel on Instagram and I knew right then that I had to go find it for research purposes. The huge cream bagel is sold at Elephant Bagel here in Seoul, South Korea. There’s currently two locations so I’ve put the address to the one I went to at Yeongdeungpo just below. Make sure to always check Naver Maps before you go though as sure open, close and move all the time in Korea.

촬영하고 바로 다음 날 또 갔는데요 T^T 똑같이 먹고 싶었던 베이글 품절이었어요.. 얼마나 빨리가야 먹을 수 있죠..? Literally went back here the next day to buy more it was so good! the salted chocolate was still sold out though even though we went earlier!

Does the cream not become part of the bagel dish as a whole once added on? lollll And I thought the same thing too! I think I would struggle to eat one by myself but it was great to share and surprisingly wayyy lighter than it looked thankfully haha

I'm still shocked they managed to make sweet and oniony work together, not a combo I thought I would enough, it's definitely a lot to get for one person though. Going halves was enough for me but Tiny still wanted a whole one to himself haha

Those bagels look SO GOOD 😭 I think we only have one specialty bagel shop in Sydney, and they're traditional New York style so they don't have anything quite like the flavours you saw at Elephant Bagel's... might have to look up how to make my own at home! The spinach&cheese and olive bagels had me drooling 🤤

사라님 넘오랜만에 채널 왔는데.. 그전에 호주 친구들 이랑 브이로그식인가 한국리뷰인가 봤었는데 저도바빠 몇년이지난지금 다시보니 남친 생겨 같이리뷰찍으며 알콩달콩 하는거 또한 흐뭇하네요 사라님 도 남친님도 선한모습이보이고 둘이 케미가좋아 잘만나신거같아 보기좋습니다

If there are any Jewish or Polish bakeries/stores in your area you might find some there, since bagels originate from Jewish communities in Poland.

여기 서울 삼대베이글 중에 한곳 입니다. 저는 주말때만 이용하고 있는데요, 주말에는 빵 다섯개 구매제한이 있을정도로 인기가 많습니다. 버터솔트베이글은 정말 질리지 않네요…그리고 신맛이 강한 원두 때문인지 라떼가 일품입니다. 그리고 문래동이랑 거리가 꽤 있습니다. 차라리 양평동 코스트코 근처로 보는게 맞습니다;;

Kraft Philadelphia salmon or spinach cream cheese good with the toasted bagel and thick toasted bread. Another thing you can try is plain cream cheese and put some strawberry jam.

Hm, now I am craving a bagel and shmear... I can't possibly do that much cream cheese though, and I'd struggle with one of those giant bagels, let alone scarf down 4 of them, even with help. But they look so beautifully soft and chewy, the craving just can't be denied. I hate a dry hard bagel - those looked wonderful.
