I just returned mine. I did apply it stick-to-face, because that's how I apply my Merit stick, and it really emphasized my texture and dry patches. (I'm combo skin, but my dry areas have gotten even more dry since I moved to the PNW a few years ago.) It did look better throughout the day, but not enough for me to want to keep it. If I ever give it another chance, I'll have to try using a big brush like you did.

Hi Britt! I recently tried a new brand that I think you will love! Basically all their products are sustainable + very great ingredients. I've been enjoying their testers & I'm gonna purchase a full product asap. The brand name is Bee You Organics.
Wait! I got the name wrong. Haha! I've tried Bee You Organics too, I do I like them but the one I was actually meaning to mention to you is MG Naturals! They have the best ingredient list I have ever found and quite an ok shade range as too. @@BrittWitkin
Britt, you had me dying laughing that Bleu "can't contain herself", omg. Your dry humor gets me every time. Okay, as for the Ilia stick.....it looks terrific on the screen BUT for me the ingredients would deter me for sure. Generally, anything with the word"poly" in it goes on well and coverage is good. My question to Ilia is "Why are all the healthy nutrients for the skin on the bottom of the list" with a $48 price tag? And to me, anything with poly at the beginning should stay on a bargain bin at Walmart along with all the other polyesters. I feel as though years ago when I would wear a polyester clothing item........it would not let my skin breathe and ultimately made me sweat. I would want my pores to breathe. I don't wear primers because I feel as though it's just another add-on and seriously.......I do want my skin to breathe so it can naturally detox since it's your largest organ. My motto is "less is more". The lipstick coverage was great but a bit dark on you. I love the purples and bright reds on you more though.........it's just my preference from this screen that I'm looking at. It may look so much better in daylight. I’m also interested in learning more about ingredients that contain plastic, etc. I feel like I’m taking a whole new course, first was “clean” and now it’s “green” - always learning 💜 that’s my motto
I’ve tried it and it didn’t work for me. It’s doesn’t wear very well. I have combination skin (dry in the u-zone and oily on the t-zone). By the end of the day I looked dry and crusty.
