Trying The 'Sandwich' Makeup Technique!

In today's video I try a new technique, known as 'sandwiching' that involves applying foundation, concealer and then another layer of foundation.
The results are phenomenal!

I don't know if you have any Dollar type stores in the UK but we have Dollar General and I go a makeup sponge for a dollar and it's nice and squishy.

Ah that's interesting Susi. Thank you for letting me know. Here in the UK we don't have many pound shops anymore. Poundland and B&M are two that come to mind. I was in poundland only yesterday and nearly bought some new sponges too! X❤️❤️❤️

Sandwich technique has been around for some time and is used in lots of ways for me ive used moisturiser then retinol and then a b5ande serum after known as Sandwich technique also many different ways of doing it with makeup..stuff your looking for stuff from states im on sephora app big American store that you can use to get a lot of usa products from their app store in UK. Ive got some great brushes from bnm really cheap you just have to time it right in there to find them otherwise elf brushes are great and can be washed and reused over and over and they aren't extortionate prices. Well that's something we really have in common Joseph that's a memory like a sieve 😂😂❤❤❤

It's the fact that I've kept a bit of foundation on the sponge and then applied water that makes this variation slightly different. How is your new channel coming along? Susi and I are desperate to see your first tutorial. ❤️❤️❤️

I don't like putting all kinds of stuff under my foundation and if I do, I put it on early in the morning and allow it to sink in.

This technique is certainly not for everyone Susi. I adapted the routine to utilise really sheer formulas, particularly concealer. It is important to let each layer dry before adding the next - makes it truly last that way. Hope you are well lovey? ❤️❤️❤️
