I really appreciate this video. Not only is the look gorgeous, but you are personable, and the type of video this is reminds me of makeup tutorials back in 2008/2009. People just sat down and filmed, without making it some overly edited, cookie cutter video. Maybe I'm old, but I miss that RU-vid. This was enjoyable to watch 🖤
I was born with bags under my eyes. Seriously, my baby pictures have puffy eyes and dark circles. I hoped they would go away. I’m 24 now and I still very much have bags under my eyes. I usually wear glasses which disguises it but once I wore my contacts to work and even with concealer my colleagues asked if I’ve been sleeping properly 💀 Bags will never go away unfortunately no matter how many products I use. Its just a thin layer of skin with lots of veins so if your skull has big hollow eyeholes, you will have noticeable dark circles.
@@EsmeraldaWolfsbane7777 i'd agree but if they've always had dark circles, they'd already have more symptoms. Especially because it's been 24 years you know... maybe their parents also have that, some people are just born with it !
Theres a product called 'brow engineer' by Sensorium Beauty that gives you the bleached eyebrow look without having to bleach them. It covers them and you just wash it off and there are three different shades of bleached. Try it out. Gorgeous look!
Color correctors are really helpful for under eye bags. I use an elf color corrector but I don't know if they have one that would be light enough for your skin tone. But any light peach shade corrector should work for you!
i just wanna say that as an artist, i fucking adore your face. like, you simply *exist* in your videos, and that by itself is just an endless source of inspo and reference lol. all of your features just come together so stunningly and distinctly, and your eye bags are a big part of that and add so much to your look imo. i get that it might not be the look that you necessarily want, and that’s fair. ultimately, the only opinion about your face that matters is your own, and I fully support whatever changes you make to your appearance (they always turn out super cool anyways lol). so like, obviously im not tryna and tell you how to feel or what to do, i guess I just want you to know that I appreciate your features as they are and think the beauty you posses because of them is really special
eve I love all ur videos and ur style I watch you religiously! you're hands down my favourite RU-vidr your personality is just so sweet and authentic unlike loads of you tubers that are obsessed with clout
i knew from the title this would suit you so well!!! great job :) i would love to see a nana osaki inspired makeup look, you could definitely do that really good !! 💚
i have the same problem with bags under my eyes and so far i found out that the best way to conceal them is to use a pot concealer that is slightly lighter than your skintone and put it directly on your tear duct line and then blend it towards the eye/upwards so the concealer fills exactly the shadowy darker area which creates the contrast/line against the rest of your light skin. Then set it with light eyeshadow or powder and you're good to go. The main goal is to erease the contrast between lighter and darker area on your skin. It works 150% better than using lots of heavy concealer.
I recently found your channel in October. I was a simple girl before who has never done anything with makeup (I’m 20). I decided to try it out, and your style just captured my attention! Thank you for your tutorials and you gained a new fan :)
I'm just gonna jump in with an alternative reason for the under eye bags, and not necessarily a product or direct fix. I'd suggest researching your allergies. My sister had moderate food allergies that were causing her eczema, but also apparently the bags under her eyes. She cut out the worst of the foods for 30 days and her bags cleared right up. Something to consider. Doing a finger prick at home can get you a decent idea on what you're allergic to if you don't want to go to an allergist. Allergies cause congestion that can make you puff up and darken under your eyes. Sometimes it's referred to as allergic shiners lol Might not be your problem but it's good to know!
Omg I swear I’ve been looking for a tutorial like this for such a long time but yours is the first one that actually met the idea of “cold makeup “ that I had in my mind. So thank you so much! Love this video❤
You can get blepharoplasty for your “tear trough deformity” but otherwise it’s genetic and it’s there forever. I use brightening eye creams to kind of counteract the “shading” the bags make and I like caffeine in eye creams because it does seem to give me a tightening effect. I’ve had them as long as I can remember. You look great though, no need to change.
Sometimes dark circles are allergies from sleeping on dirty pillowcases or an old pillow. I change my pillowcases every night & use a neti pot to clear my sinuses. My pillow is in an allergen casing that I change/clean monthly. It's worth it because the whole face can look puffy from allergies. Good luck!
Get that No. 7 cream…it’s $35 Canadian, but it works…I’m 54 and am noticing already after 3 applications. After 2 weeks of using it, it’s supposed to look like there’s no bags at all! I like to call mine “Sampsonites”, hahaha(instead of “bags”) 👍👍🇨🇦
@@sunshinegirl2070 …sorry, I wasn’t paying attention while typing, lol. The actual name is No. 7 and is pretty pure retinol, so a small tube should last a long time👍💯 Sorry for the confusion 🤭
I can't even explain how much i missed your youtube videos. As a youtuber it really needs patient and power to post regularly so i understand you complately. But we missed you sm
You're gorgeous and I think eyebags really enhance your beauty but if it's something you really want to dial down, ice works wonders with darkness and puffiness, icing under your eyes and your face also reduced fine lines and wrinkles, I personally use a Jade roller and it helps get rid of the darkness under my eyes(I hardly sleep so yes they're bad 😂)also ily ur vids❤️
Actually alcohol causes that I don't know if she drinks or not but alcohol screws up your thyroid and then you can develop serious illness it happened to me, I was drinking and not knowing the damage I did too my body...I advise anyone who continues to get bags under eyes to get a thyroid test.
I hate hearing girls dislike their unique features! You're beautiful, you have a very angelic or unique look, so breathtaking! I think as long as you're sleeping and drinking enough water that can help your dark circles. I'm pale like you, and it's just something that shows up more with our skin tone.
OMG TYSM FOR MAKING A VIDEO OF THIS!!! ur makeup tutorials are my favorite, and just this morning i was wishing you would make one for cold girl makeup! i can't wait to watch this tomorrow morning, thank you!
My favourite youtuber of all time I love that you’re calm its soothing and you really grab my attention for the whole video.. don’t disappear for long pls. Xxx
I have bad dark circles under my eyes and I really enjoy the Bobbi brown under eye corrector to brighten up. I an suuuuper pale and they have a shade that works for me and actually brightens.
You should use the white base in the 2 step mascara for your bleached brows, I have red hair and naturally blonde eyebrows and i use that as eyebrow gel :)
Tear trough filler can help with hollowness but not discoloration. It’s a water molecule, always has potential to move but bigger issue is swelling. If you can puffy or swollen AT ALL, FILLER CAN MAKE IT WORSE. I’d look into micro needling with prp (your own blood plasma), lasers, journaling when it’s worse based off food, sleep, etc. For more permanent options there fat transfer. Hope that helps anyone a tiny bit whos thinking bout it ❤
I used to have quite bad bags, i don't know if it is connected or not but i changed my diet, i used to eat frozen processed food every day from my parents, then i changed to cooking for myself and over time all i have is a little purple undertone rather than noticable bags but they are overall way better. What you put in your gut changes everything, your sleep, your appearance, your weight, your mood everything. Maybe give that a go. Otherwise try not to worry so much, they do not make you look bad, it is natural and you should not feel ashamed to have them. :)
rubbing an ice cube on your face and under your eyes can helps bring down some inflammation. I use it quite often and I like the effects it has on my face. :)
I recently saw some reviews for Makeup Revolution Eye Bright Under Eye Corrector and heard it was good for bags under the eye, but many makeup products in the end don't cover it all regardless.
I think I also watched your e girl makeup video and followed your tutorial after and really loved the look I didn’t realize I was watching the same person until a few minutes in and I’m so excited let’s goooo the thumbnail is gorgeous can’t wait to finish the video

I’m pretty pale too so I know the hassle of having to mix products. My summer shade is the two lightest foundations mixed together. Winter is the lightest shade I can find
