TRYING THE VIRAL TIR TIR FOUNDATION! IS IT WORTH THE HYPE?! OILY SKIN TESTED! 

Aww man! Well first off, I think you're a 27 or 29n. Masaaybe 31n. With this foundation, go at least one shade lighter than you think you are..trust me, some of them dry down darker than others. That isn't oxidation, all longwear liquid foundation is lighter when it's still wet. The initial dry down is the intended shade. If it continues to darken after that, getting darker the longer it's on..that's oxidizing. Anyways!! Robert Welsh's recent video on how to apply cushion foundation properly, is very informative and helpful!! You will get way better results following his tips. Only one press into the cushion, then use the palette (inner cover) to even it out on the puff and remove excess product. It will look like hardly any is on the puff, but there's plenty inside the puff! This will allow you to apply a thin even layer... you do not need much, this product is already high coverage, you'll still have full coverage by pat pat patting the puff in very thin layers, which will also give a much smoother "glassy" finish. It's important to pat rather than swipe, for this reason and also bc cushion foundation forms a film on top of your skin, and it needs to dry down a bit in order to do so. Much like a sunscreen does. If you apply it properly and allow it to dry down, it won't transfer, applying thin even layers also gives a much more skin like effect. I just really want everyone who does try this to get the best results they can, especially if they aren't already familiar with asian cushion foundation. It doesn't perform the same way western makeups do.

I took my yellow pigment first and put a little tiny pump into the empty compact part and dipped my sponge into the foundation and mixed my sponge with the yellow pigment..amazing results

I really want to try this, as Korean brands usually only do pale and white shades so never been able to try any of the cushions. I got the sample set to first find my shade. I think the shade 29N or 33 might be better

I second what others said about the proper application method. Also, you and I are in the same shade range and I wear 29. You may want to try 27 because it definitely gets darker as time passes. I love having someone close to my shade doing these great videos! ❤

Hi! So glad you reviewed the Tirtir cushion foundation. I have mature, oily-combo skin and i love it (was influenced by Tati). Looks so good on you and I think 29N Natural Beige might work better for you? When applying, you should be bouncing the applicator on your face and not go in too much to the foundation. It may not look like the applicator picked any up when you first go in but it really does. I'd recommend watching Robert Welsh's video on how to apply the foundation. Your overall look was beautiful!

Omg!! Been waiting for this!!! 😊 Just finished watching and I got that same color😂 I thought it was too warm/dark for me. I was hoping u would use a different color. I'm gonna go a shade or 2 lighter. But all in all, I liked it. Thanks for sharing!!

If you usually wear Estée Lauder Cashew, go for 27N because it oxidizes a lot. 29N might not be yellow enough for you. You might want to try 31N in the summer! ☀

I have Oily skin too and I Love this TIRTIR Mask Fit Red Cushion and it last all day on my oily skin and you'll be surprised if I tell you that this Cushion works for me even without Powder. This Cushion is definitely good for oily skin. 😊

You should tap .. not spread.. work better or put foundation with sponge and spread with foundation pencil work very well too

You’re supposed to tap the excess product off onto the pop over and tap not swipe. I guess it’s supposed to look like there’s barely anything on the applicator. Also pick a shade lighter than your skin tone. I’ve watched so many videos about this. It’s ridiculous.

Why wouldn't you set your face if you're that oily? Sorry it just doesn't make any sense. I'm oily too so I wish to see similar skin type reviewers to actually test this the way most of us would realistically do our make up.
