I've seen many professional chefs that enjoy fast food as a comfort meal and he doesn't seem like he ever even is okay with fast food. I get that fast food isn't the pentacle of deliciousness or anything, but he always acts repulsed by it and I don't see other chefs of his caliber doing the same.

One of my favourite sandwiches is 3 slices of bread with spreadable philly cream cheese, gherkin relish, mashed canned salmon (with a small amount of Mayo to mix it together) and peanut butter. It’s so amazing!!!

My dad used to put a piece of lettuce on his PB&J's. Not that it changed the taste really, but he liked that bit of crunch. He also used to use honey instead of jelly sometimes: THAT was not half bad.
