He said he’s pretty much done with RU-vid unfortunately. All of his product reviews will now be on TikTok because he said that people nowadays don’t like to sit and watch a 30 minute review and prefer to just watch a 1-3 minute clip of it. And this is true. Ever since the pandemic, life is so fast paced nowadays and people have such a short attention span.

It’s not a bad thing. A lot of the time a company will send too much of a product to Sephora and Sephora will realize oh wait we’ve had this in stock for too long. We need to make room for a new shipments and these major retailers will send these things off to Boscov’s Marshalls TJ Max places it’s not necessarily a bad thing let’s say a company releases a foundation and they find not a lot of people end up buying that shade because it’s not a very popular skin tone. Sephora won’t sell them enough and they’ll get sent to Marshalls or TJ Maxx or Boscov’s if you actually look at a lot of these stores there’s a pattern of what products pop up. It’s always the darker skin tones for foundation and concealer, less common brow, colors for eyebrow, gels and pencils and a lot of cheaper eyeliner brands is what I tend to see.
