Well Ello there Jeff..How was your weekend? I have a question, how come you haven't done any OCRP Vids lately? I kinda miss them. I mean your LSPDFR vids are always awesome, but I miss the OCRP vids..its been awhile since you put one out..and if you do a OCRP can you be a Civ/Criminal and bring back Steve? He's probably the best persona you play (in my opinion atleast). Another thing, have you talked to Buggs at all? Haven't seen or head anything from/about him in almost a year...he still alive? Lol..but seriously though he just disappeared outta no where

To me the last incident pointed clearly to a medical emergency of some type (diabetic or other cause of altered mental status, we use the acronym AEIOU-TIPS in EMS), so the subject was found in a dangerous elevated area, in clothing a silo worker might wear, also with ear protection on. As a cop I would sit him down and call EMS and also fire because it's going to be classified as a technical rescue.

Hay Jeff, I am a fan of of yours so I thought I would let you know that breathalyzers are not usable in the courtroom. They are just to show the officer how drunk the driver is. The only thing that usable in court is bodycam/dashcam of the field sobriety test.

While not admissible as direct evidence (at least is many states; I haven't been in them all), you can reference the hell out of it all you want during cross examination to the prosecutor and it doesn't hurt to help paint a picture of your detainee if they were a particular pain in the ass during the eval process and/or arrest.

All states do have an approved breath test which is admissible. Most states don't have the capability to do them roadside, but some do. An example is CA which has a portable Drager which is certified by the state and the results are admissible.

Indiana has blood tests which they do on every DUI arrest. Those are what they use in court, at least I'm about 75% positive of that.

Just a suggestion. When you select the charges, you can type up notes. IE if drunk driving and they have for example a .123 bac, that can help with the court case. I think that's how it works.

A new intro, awesome dude! :) For EUP I had to downgrade to an older version I had saved in a backup folder. In the update for some reason they disabled the EUP menu (F11) on purpose but it still works in the old version... only there's nowhere to download it anymore so an old backup is the only way until they fix it and re-enable the menu.

Hey Jeff, love your videos. I also use wilderness callouts, and you can easily disable those ambient hunting events in the wilderness config file. I liked them at first for some dynamic action but, like you said, they are incredibly frequent

Something I always try to do is to place a ped in the back of the car, based on where they were in the car. Driver gets placed on the driver's side, front passenger gets placed on the passenger side. Anyone beyond that gets picked up from the side of the road.

Man i still remember the days when ELS wasn't a thing and you did that Retro week once. I'll never forget the memories i had with your videos man. Huge thanks for making my day. Jeff, the two top DUI charges are for misdemeanor and felony alcohol, respectively. Other two are for drugs. Leon Kennedy is the guy from the first call, and the (M) means male, and (F) means female.

With the whole EUP problem, its really a bizarre problem because there have been multiple different ways to fix it. #1 assign EUP to a different button just in case the button you use is assigned to another mod which for whatever reason doesn't allow EUP to open. #2 revert your latest windows 10 update because that stupid ass update has broken a whole bunch of stuff for people. #3 download the fire and rescue pack for EUP and maybe that will fix it (that is if you haven't already). #4 Delete and reinstall the latest version of RagePluginHook and see if that does anything. #5 see if you can get an older version of EUP. #6 While it may seem useless, delete some stuff that you don't like nor use often and even though it might not fix the EUP problem it will clean up your files, and maybe fix some other problems you may have. Those are my best guesses for whats up because those are things that have fixed the same problem in the past. But if none of those work say something, and I/we can corroborate ideas, or I can go into my game and try and recreate the problem, and that way I can figure out whats causing the problem. BTW Good job with the lspdfr video. On the road to 1M!!!
