Then after we would be able to assess what to look for in terms of genetic testing and once we create embryos via IVF we would test these embryos for the anti-kell gene. Thus we would have to determine if you have any embryos that are free of this gene and only put back the one that doesn't have it. That does not guarantee if it would be a ml that would be free of this gene. The first step that is recommended for you is to book an appointment with Nolene.

Hi There - Firstly congratulations on your 4 girls already! As the video explains unfortunately none of the "advices" can really work. It will give you a 50/50 chance either way. The only "real" way to know for certain is genetic testing on embryos.

Good day- yes naturally you will always have 50% chance of it being a girl or a boy. If you opt for IVF and test your embryos then you can be sure that the embryo is a male.
Hi There - we recommend that patients take a blood test rather than simply a urine test to confirm their pregnancy. This will be the most reliable confirmation as to remove any doubt or guessing. Alternatively, you can wait a few more days and then test again with perhaps two different brand urine tests and then compare those results. Remember the first morning urine is best for these tests.

HI There - you would need to be monitored by a Fertility Specialist. With a combination of ultrasound scans and medications, they will be able to assist with the ovulation and timing.
Get her ovulation strips, and start tracking ovulation 3days after period. Morning and evening to know when exact she ovulations no drinking of fluid two hours prior to test time. It helped me and sure it would help you too. Shalom!

Good Day Ruti - fertility treatment such as IVF is meant to assist persons' who are suffering from Infertility. This is not an elective process (like plastic surgery), there needs to be a medical reason for the patient to be undergoing a specific type of fertility treatment. There is also no difference between babies born from fertility treatment versus none.
You will only know this answer once you can see the gender on ultrasound or if you do an NIPT test which shows gender too. Wishing you well for your pregnancy.

It is impossible for us to advise on this via social media without consulting with you and doing an evaluation in person. Sushmitha please do not believe the spam you get around whatsapping a "doctor" who can help you. No medical professional would work this way. The only way to have a specific gender child is to do gender selection on embryos prior to implantation through an IVF cycle. This is not offered in alot of countries and you would need to find a country and fertility clinic that allows gender selection. Here is south africa that is illegal / not allowed.

Hi Batool, IVF is a widely used acronym for in vitro fertilisation, which is the process of fertilising an egg with sperm outside of the human body. This is made possible by facilitating embryo development in a laboratory, instead of in the fallopian tube. Hundreds of thousands of couples and individuals are affected by infertility. IVF offers an effective, tried and tested method to aid conception, providing the ideal solution to the frustration and heartbreak that afflicts many. IVF in South Africa involves the administration of hormones in either oral or injectable form, which stimulates the ovaries to produce more than one egg. Normally, the ovary would only produce one egg on a monthly basis. After stimulation, the eggs are harvested from the body using a transvaginal procedure, which is performed under sedation. The eggs and sperm are then placed together in a dish, which is kept under close observation inside an incubator in our lab. The controlled environment of the incubator is kept at body temperature for between 2 to 5 days so that the eggs and sperm have the opportunity to fuse and create embryos. During the IVF process, we carefully assess the growth of the embryos and then select the better embryo(s) to be placed back inside the uterus for further development and, hopefully, the start of a successful pregnancy. Once the pregnancy has been achieved, it is exactly the same as any other ‘naturally’ conceived pregnancy.
