My first time mowing with one of these was around 1964 and I was 5. Worked like a charm cutting but it left long blades of grass sitting on top. I was happy to finally get a gas powered one although it was still hard as a kid. Nothing better than helping dad. Just mowing grass, trimming hedges/bushes and trimming took way longer than it does these days. Those manual hand trimmers were like using glorified scissors lol.
