As a veteran high lvl player i don't give a f*ck about PvP. Mostly ignore and or block ADHD players who try to to do PvP caus i suck at PvP and just gonna ignore them. Btw? Great music taste, i like the band Earth, Wind & Fire with the song: September.

If Bethesda would buff some weapons at least to replace the legacies, pvp would it be a real feature but now a days I rarely encounter fair fights & do it mostly because they attack me 🥶
