It’s 4:51 am and Mike still name dropping after Kenny asked him not to has me rolling 😭 Of course the only he attempted not to when it was an acceptable story.
The name dropping was legit insane lmao. Fun asf just like it feels like listening to your friends talking abt stories that happened back in the day. Loved it
I never understood why people care about what others are wearing. Does it really matter? How does it affect your life how another man is dressing? Not being mean I'm just curious.
@@BloomsArchitect none of it matters. why do you care about basketball? Why do you care what other peoples cares are. It’s life , different strokes for different folks.
First few mins of this pod have me wondering about Mike's job security lol Dude is pushing it so hard. Imagine an exec seeing someone in this show outfit on the payroll
It's Robs other knee, not the one thats been consistently hurt. Hes been injury prone his whole basketball career before Cs.. that's why he slipped to #27 in the draft
People don’t care. They don’t even care that he’s hurt they just wanna slander the Celtics. Completely unrelated injury to anything that happened in Boston. But ask any of the 16 year olds that listen to the pod and it’s the same knee Boston told him he could play on lol.
I think a big difference between the NBA and NFL is that in the NFL, regardless of if your team is good or bad, you're still probably gonna watch that one game a week. But in the NBA, it's so much harder to watch your favorite team 3 games a week if they're terrible than if they're really good, so people stick with their team for longer
This is a new low (or high? lol) episode for Mike being high out of his mind. Everyone is mentioning the the first 10 mins but was naming every single classmate in high school is next level. Man thinks the pod is his twitch stream
Celtics fan here. I will be one of the first people to acknowledge that what happened with IT was on the medical staff and the team. However, with Rob Williams its a different situation. When playing for us, the knee that gave Rob problems was his left knee, but this is the first time he has had to get surgery on that right knee. I dont think his situation has anything to do with medical practice, he is just a tall and big dude with knee issues which is pretty common. It’s unfortunate because when he is healthy and at his best, Rob is one of the best defensive anchors in the league. If he played 65+ games in a year, he would be in dpoy convos. Hoping for the best with him because he was one of my favorite players on the Celtics and I was looking forward to seeing him have a fully healthy offseason this year.
I don't care how bad they are I will always root for the Nationals, Commanders, and Wizards no matter what. Even if they are all the worst team in the league, I will watch every game and get upset when they lose and love it when they win.
1:07:34 is truth from KB. I’m from New Zealand and John Wall was my favourite player in 2010. So I naturally became a Wizards fan. I still am but it’s more so towards just following John Wall.
I’m a 76ers fan but when I got into ball in the 2010s they were cheeks. So I watched and went to a few games because they were cheap and family took me. But I loved the Early 2010s West. I used to fall asleep watching GS, SA, LAC, and OKC because on the East coast the games were on at like 10 pm here. So I grew up as a 76ers fan as a homer but a Thunder fan because I loved the talent they had. Nowadays I’m a 76ers fan but I still want OKC to do well. And Shai is one of my favorite players today. I love ball though so I had plenty of different jerseys when I was in high school. Like y’all were talking about with the Pacers. If I had friends asking what team to get into I’d tell them based off of who was exciting that year. I’ve mentioned the Hawks and Suns and Cavs in previous years and I think all of them were great watches in that year. I’ll never get diehard fandom and that’s it.
