SAMANTHA YOU FORGOT TO ROUGH UP TEXTURE w/ sandpaper. This way the paint stays on longer otherwise it peals off easier and is good at squishing. but LOVE the zombie one

to make brown, you have to mix colors from the other side of the color wheel. Example: Blue+orange; red+green; yellow+purple=brown

John King SERIOUSLY?? You think it matters what order she blended the colors in?????????? For god sakes that is actual nonsense! You've all failed to take in the account the fact that she is using completely the wrong kind of paint. She's using fabric paint. Cheap fabric paint. That kind of paint isnt really meant to be mixed and doesn't blend normally!

So what you have to do and what she does is like add a thick layer of fabric paint, and you then add the color you want! And add layers until your texture is good and it has more of a suitable part of a place to paint! OH and you use sandpaper and rub it to get that more of a good surface to paint on and stick on.

The Paint actually goes on easier if you sand the squishy before Painting it, that Way the Surface isn't that smooth and the Paint goes in Way more smooth

A few tips for if you do this again!: if you want brown add colors from opposite sides of the color wheel, if there is a super smooth squishy 1st rub it with sand paper, cause if it's smooth, the paint will peel off, if I think of anymore tips, i'll edit this! 🤗 from: just a kid who is in love with yours and Mariah's vids

Yoooo creepy cute is totally an aesthetic tbh like i love Japanese street fashion and menhera, yamikawaii, and gurokawaii are all aesthetics that combine creepy and cute aspects. (Although menhera is more like medical stuff, but thats a big trigger for a lot of people, ive found.)

I only have experience with painting masks and miniatures, so not sure, but maybe others put a base paint/spray on it first and that's why it looks easier?

If you’re using slick fabric paints Moriah uses a popsicle stick. The reason Moriah was using a paint brush is because she was using matte fabric paint. Squishies do require some layers, but not a ton of thick layers.

Moriah says it takes her like 60 hours to makeover squishies. Also when you are using slick paint, it’s easier to use a popsicle stick to spread a thick layer of paint on, or you can mix it with the matte fabric paint for more coverage and thinner layers. I’ve done a few for my daughter. It takes forever!

I love squishy makeovers on Moriah Elizabeth’s channel also I have the lemon and peach squishy they both now have HUGE rips the peach does look like a butt. The lemon has a rip on the inner side and is sooooo deep. Also I found your channel through Dope or Nope. YOUR SUPPOSED TO USE POPSICLE STICK TO PAINT THE SQUISHY!!!

The reason it was taking hours to dry was because you were using slick paint to paint in stead of Matt paint. ( the difference is that slick paint is for covering up cracked and little tears, but Matt paint is for painting.) no hate this is just if you ever do this again!
