Trying to ride up and over the top of the coping onto the deck. Much harder for me than it looks when I watch others, just not used to going "over the top" Definitely needing more practice on this one!

No grandkids yet! That's great you are having fun with your daughters. I have done different things with my different sons over the years and staying active is the key to life. Too many people give up as they get older. It does get harder and harder to stay fit, but if you make it your lifestyle instead of something you "have" to try and do, it becomes easy. It sounds like you are on the right track, keep it up and enjoy the time with your daughters!
It definitely looks like you’re starting to get it the more reps you do. Use as much body English and arms as you can. You’re essentially jumping up to the coping with your board. Love that you’re going for this. Heck of a workout isn’t it?
