As a Nepali I just want to say if you want to try authentic Nepali dish, you could find it only in Nepal. The making of nepali food in India is very different from here. Anyways thankyou

Hi Bro watching your videos from so long but the thing is you can only feel most sensetion when you come Nepal and try the authentic dish over here as its authentic on Nepal rather than prepared on INdia or other Country . Highly reccomended to visit Nepal MOst Welcome.
The nepali Thali you tried is not typical nepali Thali it is more like snacks that is most popular to students and younger people. The typical nepali Thali contains these items:- bhat(rice) Daal Chicken gravy Mutton curry Saag(spinach) Gundruk Potato shadako And hot ghee on top of rice Hope you try pure nepali Thali next Love you 🖤
You should definitely come to Nepal and try the food here. You’re definitely gonna exhaust all the foods and restaurants in India given the volume of contents and experimentations. The next step would be for you to venture out of India at some point.
