Definitely the one of the most positive celebrities portrayals in South Park period. Usually they tend to overexaggerate celebrities and make them out as crazy monsters. But they actually portray Cesar Millan as he did in the Dog Whisperer and as a total badass here being one of VERY few people to get one over Cartman. Even better that Cesar himself reacted to this episode and, naturally, loved every moment of it lol

The difference between Caesar and other adults who have attempted to discipline Cartman is that Caesar simply does not respond to Cartman's provocations. Which is easier said than done and obviously requires a whole lot of self control that most other characters in this world don't have.

1:40 On the dvd commentary for this episode Matt Stone says he was at a friend’s house and their kid really did this! Little shit dumped spaghetti on the floor and started skating in it, and his parents were just like “Oh look how creative he is!
