That’s why I said IF it’s a state charge, because you can get out early af maxing good time, by getting a job and participating in programs. Just like thugs Rico case is the state of Georgia vs him. I haven’t looked in to who surf is going against. He could do like 28 months and get probation for a year

Yep he will be out in 3.5 yrs ( time served plus the 85% Fed time requirement). He was smart because alot of brothers are rolling the dice in trial when its a known fact that 98% of all criminal court cases result in a plea deal. That means you have a 2% chance at winning in court which are insane odds unless you know you didnt do nothing and all the evidence will show that. He definitely did the right thing

People are treating this like he went to trial, lost then snitched to get a lesser sentence. A whole lot of squares who watch too much tv and have never been through the court process....

Surf lived in Joe’s house before & Joe took him on his first tour. They’re like family.
