Tsugami combines the precision of traditional Swiss Turning with the flexibility of an indexing turret tooling in their productive turning centers, ideal for machining complex workpieces in a single set-up. The front and back tool posts offer flexible tool options, and turret capability delivers Y-axis functionality.
Our Swiss Type CNC Automatic Lathes feature live tools mounted on a B-Axis, enabling the production of contoured and sculpted parts in a single setup while maintaining precision. Modular tool zones and live cross and face tools provide unmatched capability. Certain models are convertible with an optional chucker kit.
These lathes also feature a three-path CNC control, allowing simultaneous use of the main spindle, gang tool plates, and sub-spindle, resulting in short and productive cycle times. Driven tool positions for both the main and sub-spindle extend functionality.
