Interesting that neither TSW nor Granada (from what I’ve seen) offered any apology or explanation for the abrupt end to Hollywood Wives. The closest TSW comes to acknowledging the cock-up is to apologise that their epilogue is being shown earlier.

Ah yes the infamous Hollywood Wives incident where a part got lost somewhere between Thames who played it out locally the night before, to Central who were playing it out to the rest of the network on this night. Obviously we’ve seen Granada also pad out it’s closedown sequence from the same evening on here, and I can imagine a good number of regions also did the same. Rather well handled by Jennifer Gavin and the team at Derrys Cross in the circumstances.

Well, "Postscript" was certainly interesting. Completely ignores the hypocritical nature of modern Christianity and decides to attack the other as a deflection. Nice to know nothing has changed in nearly 37 years
