This was by far the worst RM600+ steak meal I’ve ever had. Just look at how much of my steak I couldn’t eat! The fat was not rendered at all. Not to mention the cut wasn’t cheap either... Oh and it doesn’t stop there. We sent a few steaks back and it came back just as bad.
The chef had the audacity to tell us that it’s our fault because of the cut of meat we chose. Bro, this isn’t a roadside stall. I’m paying a premium price to only eat half of my steak. There was also no manager or replacement manager in the store on that day. All immigrants and not one local staff at all that could speak fluent English? I had to demand the staff to ring up the manager and get a discount on our meal. Although I still believe that our meal should’ve been completely free because of the horrible experience. I’d recommend you all to stay away from this steakhouse for now, until they sort themselves out. Utterly disappointed that we decided as a family to try this place out.
