she set the oven temperature too high, the inside is still undercooked while top is burned

the dough was too think as well or she could have made a layered pastry dough. Probably would have gotten a steamed bun texture on the inside as well due to the moisture content in the bowl. venting holes in the top were needed. why am i suddenly analyzing this too much?
