Nice returns! The Hawks are great. Do you have to do anything to prep the Flair cards? I want to start doing ttm eventually. In my head though, I want to sort and catalogue all my cards on TCDB first so I can find any card of any player easily. It will literally take me a year plus yet if I’m lucky so I will have to just say the heck with it and start eventually. Lol
I cant, for the life of me , figure out tcdb. I prep all glossy cards with baby powder. I pour just a tad on, rub it around the surface, and then wipe it clean. I've had the same bottle of baby powder since 2006, with probably 1000+ requests.
Back in the mid 80's I was under the impression that Fred Breining was briefly suspended for using a spitball. Haven't checked on that one. Also, with the million of cards Topps prints of retired players, there's gotta be a Ron Swoboda catch somewhere that would look great with a signature.
I know he was in the 97 Fleer Million dollar giveaway subset or whatever, but with the thick black borders I don't think they're the greatest cards to get signed.
