Hey guys! My channel is dedicated to collecting autographs, baseball cards, and other sports memorabilia on a budget. My personal focus are the Boston sports teams, TTM autographs, rookie cards, and vintage baseball cards.
Awesome Monte Irvin card! Tiant pitched the first MLB game I ever attended at County Stadium in Milwaukee, as a Yankee. Thanks for running the VR contest, fun to do.
Congrats to Stuke! Great channel and a great part of the community. Looking forward to the TTM, I'm hopeful you show off a pitcher who had a lot of strikeouts 😂
Oh hey, My Fellow Dudes. Yes, I can see it, My Fellow Dude, Boston Fan. Jose played for your Red Sox back in the days I was a little dude. Gnarly inscription, too. Congrats on all your totally tubular returns, and thank you for sharing them with us. Stay cool! -Dude Prime.
Wow. The T205 looks fantastic. Really great find for your PC. Congrats on 400!! We just had our parent night last night. I bet it is stressfull. When I used to coach, I always thought that the parents were the worst part. Just let the kids play and stay out of it!
I haven't seen a Matlock with that inscription before I think it's really cool. I bet if you asked him, his named being tied to such a well known and loved player is just fine with him. I like to ask the guys about playing in Cape Cod too because I think it's such a cool environment for baseball.
Congratulations on 400 subs! I vaguely remember the presidential beer cans from when I was a kid. Great looking Yaz magazine. I will do a VR and drop in on Thursday.
A one year membership to sportscollectors.net is $15 and is where I get all of my info. You can look up signing habits by player, year, team, card set, etc. if you are in to TTM it’s well worth it
Love the project! What a deal for the lot! Good luck moving the extra ticket and getting Lowe’s autograph on it. Awesome collection of 2004 World Series items. What a year that was! Can’t believe it’s been 20 years!
Thanks Joe! I didn’t know much at all about the T205s until this spring. I think they are generally more appealing visually than T206s, but certainly less iconic
lol the ALCS almost killed me. Though I will say that after game 3 I was telling friends that if they won Game 4 the series was going 7 bc of Pedro and Schilling.
Awesome ‘04 Red Sox pickup! Those Foulke and Pedro inked tickets look great! With the addition of Schilling and Lowe inked tickets you’re going to have amazing additions to the collection. I think they would like great framed together, in my opinion. Also that Foulke and Tek inked Time magazine is cool, and love the story of by chance getting Tek to sign it before the game. Great stuff! Go Red Sox!🍾
Great video and fantastic World Series tickets. I was at a bar in Concord, New Hampshire when they won in 2004. A Yankees fan among all those Sox fans. I knew how Custer felt. Congrats on the great pickups and thanks for sharing.
Really great recap! The Lonborg autograph run is a great idea. I really like the Perez-steele as well, but more generally, postcards autographed. They just display perfectly
Hey BF, love this video - what a great day out ! Red Sox fan, tuning in from Spain but originally from Co Clare on the west coast of Ireland. I spent a summer in Boston in the late 90s, and took in a few games at Fenway. I have recently started collecting autographs TTM and am now hooked. My first TTM success was Bill Lee - just because of his part in the Ken Burns documentary - his comments were so funny, could listen to him all night with his views & takes on the game. Keep the videos coming - splendid work.
An entire Lonborg run signed would be a really cool thing to accomplish. Nice Parish rookie addition which would display great with McHale and Bird. The Sandy looks really good for a 2.5. Before Ortiz, Reggie was the greatest clutch hitter. The Perez-Steele piece is an awesome one to have signed.
