Brother Mang, this song exactly like my life. My Dad passed away in a battle when I was just one year old. Didn't even know who my dad is and what he looks like. Growing up without a father always get to do odd things or jobs no one wants to do it, not having proper clothing, shoes to wear like my other cousins who have both parents. Got married to my wife at aged 16 and my wife was 14, we never thought our lives would happen to be this way, its all because of my wife. We just celebrated our 40 anniversary with 5 beautiful children and 14 amazing grandchildren.

This is such a beautiful song. When I met my husband I was 13 and he was 17. He was a tub ntsuag raised by his older brothers. His dad passed in Laos when he was 5, his mom remarried after they settled in the US and left him and his brothers behind with relatives. My parents didn’t like him bc he was an orphan and was poor. My mom did everything she could to keep us apart but we always found a way to be together. We dated for 7 years before we got married. We’re now married 26 years. We struggled, but managed to finish college while working and raising our kids. We’re so grateful for everything we’ve worked so hard for, and always remember our struggles that got us here.

This is my husband's life...orphan with no parents. When we got married when I was 16 and him 18. None of his relatives wanted to be responsible for our wedding. Everyone yelled at him and called him a laib. We had to take a loan out from them. Through all that I stayed married to him. And then being so young, he still went out with his friends and did irresponsible things, yet I stayed by his side. It's been 28 years and I can't even sing Christina's part because we aren't there yet....
