I use a Tyreglider for undoing my tyre, installation is always with my bare hands or again with Tyreglider as an escape I have a specific tool which use the beat of the other side of the rim as leverage to pull the tyre over the beat of the rim. If you know what you are doing you are probably fine but for newbies, certainly with hookless rims which are more vulnerable than hooked rims, I would be hesitant to recommend this method since there are easier and saver methods.

I used tyreglider before I broke 2 of them yes you need to know how to use your tools so you don’t damage yourself or your bike,

@fabianmolyneux2308 : Nice explanation. I have seen a few RU-vid on tubeless. I have Silca sealant for about a year now. But I'm scared to use it and keep on using my inner tubes (gravel bike 42 mm tire) . Good you know, it is better to do this outside, because of the mess it could create. I get closer to start using it, after viewing your demo. But then you have the Replenisher sealant (every 3 months). I have those also, but I need to apply if via the valve. Apparently you need to have a special hose to use, to inject this stuff via de valve, but it was never provided by Silca. How should I insert that liquid, without making a mess?

The replenisher i just use a Syringe. I normally bring the wheel the day before that the valve is on 3 or 9 o’clock so all sealant is out of the way. I take out the valve core check that the valve is not blocked, i use a small screwdriver which fits in to the valve then i fill the syringe 50ml replenisher and insert it through the valve. Hope that helps
