I am an electrician and it has become almost impossible to make a profit. Margins were going down the past few years, and now all the materials I need to work, including copper wire, outlets, switches, breakers, etc. have gone up in price to the tune of 30-50% in the past year. Homeowners are not keen to pay 30% more than they are used to and seem to think I am trying to rip them off. Business is not good. Thanks Biden.

Bought a fixer upper last year and I can concur, every day I end up at the depot/lowes/ace to pick up more supplies and I watch the prices balloon overnight. When I started a sheet of osb was $17. It was $50 yesterday.

Bernie sanders won the democratic primary for the third time and as always they cheated him out of it, not that he seems to care. And then a lot of cheating in the presidential election. You can say that, but to just make a general statement that New York or California or whatever deserves it because the people voted for it isn't quite fair. There is a great deal of people in those states that did not vote for it. Not everybody has the ability to just get up and move to a state where the majority votes like they want to be. We live in an age of technology developing in accelerating rate, new inventions are made daily, we have global spanning infrastructure to do almost anything we want. Day by day we optimize what we have, so we can produce more things cheaper. We have everything to provide growth for the entire world - yet standards of living are dropping. From technical standpoint it shouldn't be happening. It's pretty clear that ruling class is responsible for this, and the whole thing is orchestrated.

No taxi service in the town I live in presently..I got the word from certain businesses / residents that the cost of insuring the taxis became too high .. so the taxi people had to stop.. the bus service in this rural area is abysmal because of rude , arrogant bus drivers that blare the radio and if you ask the driver to PLEASE turn it down just a touch... the driver instead blares the radio even LOUDER !!. I don't need hearing damage just to have a ride somewhere.😣🤕. so I won't use the bus service here....🤮

We can not turn on each other when food gets scarce. That's playing into their hands. Those of us who can grow vegetables and fruit need to grow extra especially for the children and the elderly who are going to need it most. We need to barter and create local currencies. I'm a diesel mechanic. There is a nationwide shortage of engine parts. 30-90 day lead times. Truckers are hurting because of downtime. It is worse this year than during the covid pandemic. With less trucks available, transporting the goods is more expensive and it seems to be getting worse.

My wife runs a chain of restaurants, and I don't think most American realize how slim the profit margins are on restaurant food. Their only option is to raise prices and pass it on to the customer, otherwise they go broke just trying to run a business. So next time you take your family out to your favorite sit down restaurant, see the menu prices, and then suddenly decide on plan B for dinner, don't blame the restaurant, because truly they're simply trying to make a living and keep a business afloat. You can thank Brandon for not being able to reward your family with an occasional dinner out of the house.

actually, there are other factors, if that money is spent increasing supply (productive assets,, then prices dont rise ... thats why when an increase in money is supplied by the reserve or even banks in their normal operations of lending (given the fractional lending system is basically already artificially increasing the money supply) then government must ensure that money is not spent on driving up asset prices, or that will also accelerate inflation, especially in regards to housing prices which in turn flows on to rental prices ... don't forget most businesses pay rents to, including petrol stations and thats a much larger cost than petrol
