Tudor Prince - The perfect Daytona alternative.

Nice in-depth review of a beautiful timepiece. My father gave me his Tudor Tiger Prince Date, its the stainless steel bezel/band with white subdials and silver face. Still have the box it came in. It's a showstopper, and I've fallen in love with it.

That’s an interesting looking piece - like an old school Daytona had an illicit affair with a Breitling and they had a chunky baby. Plenty of visual interest to keep you entertained. I agree about the ceramic Daytona not being the looker you’d imagine, more attack of the clones with a tutonic cold mass produced robotic soul that a warm cosy wrist companion.

You have saved me, sat in a Premier Inn miles from home due to work, no bar, no food but now something to watch....cheers

When you think of all the companies that used the 7750, I think the Tudor Big Block did it the best. The watch looks period correct, but not dated. The two toned Breitlings from the 1980's with there Onion crowns scream early 80's. excess. Love the content. Love the music. Love the B role. Love the food. A was watching another channel talk about how companies should use story telling to market watches. It seemed so forced. This seems so natural and organic. Like an old friends sharing his thoughts on watches and food. Bravo Lenny! You get us!

I bought one of these about a year ago on an oyster bracelet with a white dial and black sub dials. I absolutely love it! I think it’s my favorite piece in my collection.

Kudos to you on another excellent video. I have a Tudor Black Bay which I got to celebrate my successful kidney transplant surgery last spring, It is special to me and will never leave ny collection. When I was in Italy last I stayed in Florence and took the train to Rome for a memorable ride through the beautiful Tuscan hills. Did not make it to Venice so your videos fill somewhat of a hole in my Italian experience. Perhaps the next trip. Lastly, kudos to your daughter who you mentioned films many of your videos. She does an excellent and professional job.

Amazing footage of a beautiful city!! I have a Tiger with the opaline panda dial, numbers instead of sticks. I prefer the stick dial but I love the matching red tach hand. I am fortunate to have all 3 bracelets: Tudor Oyster, black factory sharkskin with end links, and the Jubilee. Thanks for highlighting a forgotten/underappreciated jewel in the Tudor lineup.

23:10 100% with you on the metal bezels looking better on Chronos. I used to have the Tudor Black Bay Chrono and loved the way the bezel looked on that compared to something like a Ceramic Daytona. Great video and now I need to find a bakery ASAP!

There is also the possibility that Tudor made the TIGER in red to match the black sub dial. This is a nod to Mr Woods in a way that on every last day of a golf tournament that Tiger would play, he would always wear Red and Black.

Thanks so much for this video featuring the Venetian Carnival! MANY Decades ago, I visited Venice and saw this most elegant local celebrations take place....I had no idea what was occuring. I bought some local Masks as a memory. I later found out from cousins who lived in the Netherlands (I live in Canada) about their early spring European celebrations that are very distantly similar.

Usually I watch your blogs before I plan on relaxing before I go to sleep, today I didn't. Nice story on Tudor's Chrono's and history, and the Frittella's. Been to Venice a few time's, Last time was like 12 years ago and didn't have much time. And it was in June and July, humid and hot, not much different then where I live in July, but live by the ocean so it moderates it. They way you present Venice is a heaven for a travel vlog. While I liked Venice, didn't love it, and the airport sucked, at least 12 years back. But people seemed friendly enough, and had an internet friend north of the city in Feltre, but he was away at the time, and it's way ip in the Alps closer to Austria than Venice. Of that coast line, I loved Split and Torgir in Croatia. Too bad didn't know about Split 10 or 12 years earlier I could have picked up a small home outside the city for on the cheap. Keep it up and good luck to your daughter and her graduation. Went through similar last may but she graduated since her last year was clinical as a pharmacist student.

O I thoroughly enjoyed the episode. I always feel like we are hanging out together just enjoying life. You bring a lot of enjoyment.

Really enjoyed this Oisin. We love Venice and can't wait to get over there again so your beautifully shot videos are as close as we'll get for now. I had a flat sided BB 79180 five years ago and sold it because it was just too big for me no matter how much I tried to kid myself it wasn't. Looking at the price today maybe I should have held on to it...!

Yet another standout episode. It’s crazy how similar that Tiger is to my Speedy date. The 7750 movement really dictates so much of the design. Really cool piece.
