See what a 2023 TUI Orlando villa looks like. This was situated in Haines City, about a 30-40-minute drive from the Disney parks.
4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen area with an open plan feel. Good-sized swimming pool.
The downside of a TUI Villa in this location is that it's a good 90-minute drive from Melbourne Airport. This is the airport TUI now uses, personally its a much nicer airport than Orlando International as the immigration ques are shorter and car pick up is easy.
We would defenatley use TUI again for a villa in this location.

As far as I can recall we were sent a link to the villa app and had to put in credit card details just in case something got damaged

A little bit but we don’t mind driving so it wasn’t a problem. Would of been nicer to be a little bit closer to Disney

The villas are all allocated the day before you arrive. You don't even know what area you will be staying in when you book the holiday. All of the villas are owned by third parties and not owned by Tui hence why you don't know where you will be staying.
