i'm glad to see that you have made much pogress in 20 years. you have a steady, integrated movement. yes i practice a lot. I've quit tai chi. as i was no more treaching, there was no reason to go on without practising pusshing hands. like you i directed myself to qigong. and chinese medecine i know some 20 techniques. And also YI Quan, some ancients disciples of the founder Wang Xiang Zhai did come often to Paris, alsdo his daughter, who died 2 years ago, and doctor Yu Yong Nan, who is very important for the health aplication of zhan zhuang (the pole position)., I've also learned some basis of Hui Chun Gong, but it was not very ghood, only the minimun to feel the taste of it. If you could send me the complete set of the 12 basics movement and the body massages and meditation it will be of great help for me.
