With every video i grow even more mesmerized by your ability to showcase parts of the world that are beautiful in some eyes and terrifying to others but manage to make them none the less magical! I hope you can continue to travel the world and show off places others may never have the chance to see. Thank you for taking your time to share your adventures with the rest of us.
You can tell how much time and effort you put into these videos, Chris and it really pays off. Not just for us as an audience, but for future Half-Asleep Chris who will look back on them all in 10, 20, 30 years time. They're such great time capsules. Looking forward to more in the series!
The amount of effort that goes into these videos is honestly incredible. It’s nice to see that you don’t need to disrupt other people to be interesting but by putting research into the topic. For that I thank you.
I am going on a trip soon but in the meantime I love watching your adventures. 😁You gave wonderful facts and showed great views too. Can’t wait for more.
Haha Tuk Tuk always drive like it is a motorcycle. Even me as a Thais myself, I often think it’s a bit scary 😆 Nice video by the way 🥰. Thank you for giving us a visit. I hope you have a good time here. Love from Thailand ❤️
ขอเป็นตัวแทนคนไทย ขอขอบคุณที่มาเยี่ยมประเทศเรานะครับ As a Thai citizen, we thank you for visiting our country! It is always nice to see foreigners enjoying our country even with all the negative things within it. Also, much love to your vids! P.S Yeah... Thai traffic sucks. It is fortunate that you rode on the tuk tuk instead of the motorcycle taxis, they are the worst.
Thanks a lot - it's an amazing country. We took maybe 10 tuk tuks during our visit, and most were fairly safe except for this one. The guy would even go down the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic and move out the way at the last minute, was crazy.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! another episode of travel journal!!! Thailand is such a dynamic country and the culture there is fascinating. Looking forward to the Hongkong epsiode!
They have these in India! They're called Rickshaws, and trust me, the drivers go insane! (Edit: I've been to some of the gigantic Buddha statues in Myanmar, and you're absolutely right; footage never shows how huge they actually are.)
Can we please stop and take a look at the magical music? Every video of Chris has such an incredible soundtrack, so nostalgic at times and full of exploration sense at others!! Chris, your a musical genius
I just stumbled upon your channel a few weeks ago and I really do enjoy it so much! Your videos are so creative and visually stunning, truly one of the best creators on this website!
Hey Chris! Just wanted to let you know that your videos are so inspiring that me and my father drove 300miles from Essex just to go to Beamish Museum. The video got stuck in my head for so long from your fantastic editing that I couldn't resist. It was an amazing experience and I want to thank you for it! - J P.S: Amazing video by the way!! I've personally been to Thailand, it is such a great country!
I live in thailand , I'm born in thailand and I appreciate that you came to thailand to experience the wonderfulness of thailand and the elephants. In thailand it's normal about the morning rush hour and the intense speed of tuk tuks.
Wow! Amazing video as usual, very well done man. Neat diary and plenty of information : love it. Watching it felt as if we were there with you. How beautiful is Bangkok though! Can’t get enough of this city.
in 2014 I did the same with my sisters the train ride it self was 20h long but not only that. from ko pan gangan island in the south we took a boat a bus the first train Bangkok and the the second to North all in all its was 50h adventure the. the things we saw ate and talked about it was a one of a kind incredible adventure. I love that you did the same really enjoyed the video thanks for reminding me
Hey Chris love this series as I have currently started my own back packing adventure and this has really inspired me and given me ideas. Looking forward to the next episode I hope it's comes out before October as that's when arrive there and would love to see what you did 😁
The Sky Garden! It's free garden at the top of a skyscraper with amazing views, but you need to book online in advance. Tower Bridge, National Gallery, Tate Modern (plus the globe, millennium bridge and st Paul's all very nearby), Greenwich Observatory
I really enjoy long trains. In New Zealand, most long distance trains are not for getting from A to B, instead they are designed for the scenery. I've travelled the northern explorer, the coastal Pacific, and I'm saving enough money to travel the tranzalpine.
Hi i love youre videos i have a cat idea you could make a big playground for your cats i hope you read this and please tell me what you think of my idea or maybe you say your next idea
Hey Chris, iam from Belgium and my dad is pilot in Amsterdam, i also have been 2 times in Bangkok and 1 time on Koh Samet (an island in Thailand) And in Bangkok we also have been once in a tuktuk, it is crazy. It wobbles so much! It was a little scary! I love your videos and i know a cool trip that u can do in Johannesburg, South Africa: Going on a safari trough the lions, zebra's, rhino's and maybe tapirs? Curaçao has also fun trips: Klein Curaçao a rly small island near by Curaçao and a trip with the bearded butlers! PS: I rly like your cats and videos (im a huge cat fan)
@@HalfAsleepChris that's great! I can't wait to see it. Also, I'm surprised that you replied to most comments on your videos! that must take a lot of time.
