Honestly? I spent about 5 hours here last month filming an episode of a TV show for HGTV, and once inside the property & pool area were hardly bothered at all by mosquitos! I was pleasantly surprised!

@@MexicoRealEstateSolutions We have been thinking about buying a property we could have as a vacation home/airbnb and home exchange. When I saw this property it looked like something that could be a good fit for this. What's the best way to reach out to you. We live in the US and don't have plans to come down, but could if we find the right property. We can also do a lot with video tours as well. We've been down that way many times in the past and are fairly familiar. Looking forward to talking about this and other potential properties.

The house has the locked front gate, but there is no neighborhood gate or other security. It's a small residential area seeing a bunch of construction just in the past 12-14 months.
