🔸 avocado - 3 small or 1 large
🔸 canned tuna in its own juice - 1 can (180 grams)
🔸 cucumber - 1 pc. (150 grams)
🔸 red onion - ½ pc.
🔸 olive oil - 2 tablespoons
🔸 lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
🔸 parsley - 30 grams
🔸 salt - ½ teaspoon
🔸 ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

WE PREPARE:
1️⃣ Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Cut the avocado pulp into cubes, carefully remove with a spoon to separate the peel.
2️⃣ Cut the cucumber in half and cut into wedges.
3️⃣ Cut the onion into half rings.
4️⃣ Chop the parsley as small as possible.
5️⃣ Place all vegetables in a bowl. Add canned tuna to the vegetables, from which you need to drain all the liquid. Season with salt and pepper.
6️⃣ Season with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix.
7️⃣ Let the salad sit for 5 minutes to combine all the flavors.
