Tuna Kimchi Fried Rice | Easy and delicious tuna kimchi fried rice recipe
ingredient
1 can of tuna
1 cup kimchi
1/2 green onion
1t sugar
1t red pepper powder
2T dark soy sauce
A bowl of rice (instant rice)
Sesame oil
seaweed powder
Chop the green onions into small pieces.
Cut the kimchi into small pieces with scissors.
Add tuna to the pan and stir-fry, then add green onions and kimchi and stir-fry.
Add sugar and red pepper powder.
Gather the stir-fry ingredients to one side, add soy sauce to the empty space, and simmer slightly.
Mix well.
Add the rice and stir-fry, mixing well to remove any lumps.
Add a little sesame oil and stir-fry according to your preference.
Put it in a bowl and top with half-boiled fried egg and dried seaweed flakes.
