Hello everyone! Today I breakdown an Albacore Tuna and make tuna tataki and sushi.

200ml Grated Daikon
30ml Red Pepper Powder
10ml Paprika
Method:
1)Combine All Ingredients

WOW! The beautiful work you did with the tuna & the music in the background. Not only did I drool over the tuna, the music made the whole thing sensual. Can hardly wait to prep and cook this. thank you for sharing this video. It looks delicious. I have a question. I have purchased some frozen albacore tuna sashimi grade from a local supermarket. I noticed that there are noticeable red threads in the meat so I want to know whether it is a worm or just blood vessel.

If my hunch is correct, they are probably veins and are pretty common in albacore tuna 👍
