If you used the map saved in "My maps" it is not the correct map. You accidentally saved the map with all parameters copied from the speed twin in the Bobber Black folder.
Well spotted, I did! That's why it's a good idea to rename them. I went through and redid the map before I flashed it to the bike, as it's not so easy to concentrate when filming.
