The best way to reach is an auto from vasai station east then take an auto which will charge 50-60 rupees per seat and drop you at Tungareshwar base and from there you have to get a van to the temple or if you are a trek lover then you can also take a short trek to the temple. entry fees of tungareshwar wildlife sanctuary is 50 rupees.
