Setting base timing, fuel pressure and ISC motor using DSMlink v2. Getting the idle speed and baseline settings correct is crucial to achieving a good tune once fuel and timing adjustments begin. If these values aren't satisfied or have failed in operation at idle, there is little chance of achieving a consistent tune once the throttle comes into play.
Like in Tuning 101, none of this is relevant unless you've fixed ALL of your boost leaks.
