Tuning up a Dell Latitude E6400: Fighting the EOL (Part 3) 

Today, I'm bringing a video which I planned to make at some point of next year, but due to circumstances has to be done much earlier. One of my auxiliary laptops no longer can run Windows 10, despite me hoping that it could last until W10 went EOL, so I'm going to get it added to the retro collection... sort of!
In this part, will be doing the installation of both Windows 7 and Q4OS linux.
