Wow! What a great and easy to follow tutorial!! Thank you so much!! I've been intimidated by Tunisian crochet for decades but thanks to this video, I'm going to dive in!! Thank you so much for all you do. I REALLY appreciate how thorough and thoughtful you are to have directions and videos for both right and left-handed crocheting. I am right-handed but my step-mother, who taught me, was a lefty. I had tried learning to crochet unsuccessfully but sitting across from her and watching her was what helped me successfully learn. Now, my daughter is left-handed and when she's ready to learn, she can mirror me but also have the benefit of videos made for her too! Thank you!! ❤❤

So genius! I have been wanting to learn that embroidery type stitch applied to top. Yay! And the stockinette stitch is new to me, I thought it was same as simple Tunisian stitch, but no it's not. Very clear instructions enabled me to see difference finally. Tysm.

i'm working on my own pair right now, but when it gets to the part where you turn it to the side and start using the tunisian hook, the side of my piece doesn't have the crochets the same as yours? the stiches are far apart and there aren't single crochets right next to each other like yours

I love this pattern even without the skulls. What a neat way to make hand warmers. I have a Tunisian crochet question. I have a problem where the beginning loops on the right side turn out larger than the loops on the end. Do you have a tip for getting the loops a more consistent size?

I find that being very aware of how much the hook is moving while working the return pass helps. It stretches out pretty easy so I do my best to keep the hook movement rotational rather than up and down 👍

This video is only a tutorial and the mittens can not be stitched with just the video. You must purchase the pattern to complete it. However, they are very cute mittens!

It was a really good tutorial but as soon as we arrived at the skull making part (which to me is the most complex part of the whole thing) it felt too fast and under explained. My first skull had to be redone three times and even know its very poor and appears absolutely nothing like the one in the video. I cant restart it now tho lol. Aside from that, the rest is good.
