TUNNEL FORMWORK SYSTEM TIMELAPSE

The video was taken in June 2015 and now as I upload this video in late February the project is just about to commence on the final 7th block of 15 floors. That's 360 apartment in 7 blocks completed in a leisurely 9 months with Ramadan month of fasting, two General Elections, Eid celebration and then a harsh Ankara winter. All done with a 450m2 floor area of tunnel formwork covering 1/2 a floor of each apartment block and allowing a floor of concreting to be completed every two days and upto 500m2 of concrete wall and slab cast daily. The 360 apartments are all high standard 4 bedrooms units and are 167m2 in size. Project to be handed over to individual owners in late 2016.
This project is the developers third with Dema Formworks, This time choosing our new DCTFS+ tunnel form system allowing concrete to be cast approximately an hour earlier each day!
